This week has been a tough one mate with the illness but you are without doubt in the best shape yet. Abs are coming through and still holding fullness.

That's a great transformation pick, mate... mad thing is, you can even see as an untrained person you don't have bad structure you just look out of shape. Be cool to see the difference drier meds make

Yes. To fill others in. Last week, Tuesday, I had a sickness bug. Whole family with exception of my daughter got it. Still, all OK now.

Following Friday's check-in, it was decided we would play with another carb refeed Sunday night.
 
So I 'had' to eat an entire large Domino's pizza with BBQ sauce, meatballs, ground beef, cumberland sausage and chicken. Usual drill; photos before, after and morning after.
 
Dan says I showed no signs of spilling - so we can push it harder next time, with some additional sweet stuff. He has the triple comparison pic he might post if you ask him nicely. I think it looks OK. I'm still a little soft in my view and the backs of my legs are hanging on to to a little body fat.

Good to catch up with your training progress... Absolutely awesome mate!!
 
Strength is really flying up now with the introduction of Tren but I want you to be mindful of injury. On your back off sets, there is no shame in reducing the load a bit more and really dialling in on technique.
