Would the high sodium contents of take away pizza etc be of concern or not a worry?

I just find I can't beat the vascularity and 'pump' I get just from ramming in the sugars, complex or nah... it even freaked my son out a bit LOL

Very much experimental at this stage, I do like a good skip load which is another avenue we are looking at. I don't want to do anything more for now. Just keep things basic and chip away at what little fat there is left.

Absolutely awesome mate.
That first black and white one especially, I could see that on a poster or promotion for a BB show.

My coach put that in black and white for Insta. It does look good I admit.

Thanks mate. I like how I look too. I believe in myself but I don't want to get my hopes up still. Four weeks out tomorrow. Bit more fat to come off.

4 weeks still! Just don't do anything daft and you will do yourself proud.

Will you experiment with water and carbs beforehand?
No point risking things if you are in a good place.

Well, Dan says I'm ahead of schedule. He believes I'm lean enough now for the stage [just need to dry out and carb up] but thinks I can still be a little leaner. So this past week [since the refeed] and the week ahead we continue to chip away at the fat. At the end of the week we assess my condition and have the option of trying a practice peak; with drying out and carbing etc, to see what I might need before doing it for real.
Fairly drained though, especially with a weekend of non-training day diet - 35g carbs a day for two days. But majority of lifts going up. Just gets difficult feeling this way with posing practice - you tense for 10 seconds and nearly faint!

Cheers. Need to tone it down a bit though. Regulating my emotions is not a strong point.

Yes but, as I say, I need to reign it in. My emotions are such that, if things go bad, it's the end of the world and, when things go well - like they have done with this prep – I start to think that I could be Mr Britain in three years. So I need to cool down.

TBH, confidence is a good thing... it will probably result in a far better presentation of your physique on the stage

Looking ace mate, really impressive. Cant wait to see how you get on in the comp.

I can now fully understand the importance of a good coach as well. I'm pretty sure with your dedication and commitment so far you would done well without a coach anyway, but in these final stages of prep, knowing how to carb up and dry out etc... a decent coach is invaluable. Nice work Tuff.

Oh don't get me wrong, I will walk on stage and be on stage looking [giving the impression at least], that I am the winner. I've done everything to be the winner. I might just face someone with better genetics/shape/bigger etc. But the thoughts that surround it need reigning in because I can get over-excited the same as getting too down.

Yes, I had always been sceptical before. But I love my working relationship with Dan.

I chose it about 7 or 8 months ago and have been refining the routine ever since. It is actually the intro music Tottenham Hotspur come out to; a shorter version of Duel of the Fates from Phantom Menace. [Not sure I should have revealed that, but hey ho]. It is almost bang on 60 seconds, which is the maximum length allowed.

Well that's just it... I had a look at the Amateur Olympia pics of Classic Physique and Over 35s and thought, 'I could do this. Two years, three years maybe, maybe less, I could get one of those huge medals at the Amateur Olympia'.
I then I woke up in yet another pool of disgusting tren sweat.
