If so what type?
Or what is your main source of liquid? ( juice, plain water, pure oJ,not beer)

Iv always drank 4 or more pints a day, have it with most meals but its a lot of cals when cutting, had over 1000 just in milk today.

I used to drink alot of milk, switched to water for my main source of fluid - i used to work in a milk dairy so it was all free.
Semi skimmed, tried breast milk once and I wasn't keen

Always full fat milk love the stuff and every now and again I'll buy a couple of pints of Channel Island milk (gold top)....Used to do a milk round as a kid and always had a pint of gold top as a treat...

My main source of liquid is water and probably drink about 10-12 pints of water a day....Better than 2 years ago when it was 20 pints of Stella a day lol.

Not a huge amount these days. Semi skimmed in my morning coffee and skimmed in my cereal. i find full fat hard to drink after so many years on semi skimmed.

Mostly these days I drink water and the occasional pint of beer.

Semi skimmed and lactose free, 1l of it with coffee or low fat cocoa is my breakfast most days. Usually spike it with 5g of bcaas.

Would drink fat free if available at reasonable price in lactose free form. Don't really see the point to milk fat.

None. I don't really like the stuff. Prefer to get all my cals from solid food. I eat a lot of ice cream though.

Full Milk, Ideally  un homogenised  jersey full cream when I can afford it.
Otherwise just plain and simple full milk from supermarket.
Between 1 to 2 litres a day.
Not my main source of fluids though, that`s water.

Thing is I can think of more interesting ways of getting in those extra calories (which are basically empty) if I want them. I'd rather have skim milk and a muffin than full fat milk by itself, for instance.

Empty calories? not really,  there are a good amount of vitamins in milk fat.
Easy to chug down , useful on a bulk.
It would be ideal to source some grass fed cattle milk really. Not easy in the U.K.
