Milk

Is drinking like 2L milk a day to much. Is this way to much calcuim. Im also on Deca and Winny cycle and would to much calcuim affect you?

    What kind of milk mate? Depends on diet as a whole too, but skimmed should be fine.

    no, many people take 500% of calcium daily value, nothing wrong with it. all that dairy may cause you to get fat though.

    Exactly how will dairy cause him to get fat if the rest of his diet is in check and allows for the milk he is drinking?
