Mixing

Hi im new to this site but id like to know if its safe to mix say 2 different supplement brands together like muscletech creatine with reflex whey or should i take them at different times to each other if you get what i mean

    No problem with mixing different brands together... Bit like Tesco chicken and Asda chicken really...

    Definitely fine mate...
     
    Although, generally if you find a manufacturer that offers good quality and value, why also buy from another brand?
     
    You mention Muscletech - IMO Muscletech is the biggest con on the market, especially for something as basic as creatine..  I.E. creatine is creatine, make sure you're taking ethyl ester and go for the cheapest brand as there's not a lot to get wrong with something as simple as creatine...
