MmMm... About a week to cut hahah...

Hey guys. I'm going away on a trip in about... Well, 8 days from tomorrow. This is obviously a very short time, so I figure it calls for extreme measures. I don't look horrible or anything right now, but I wouldn't mind dropping a few lbs. considering 90% of the time will be spent on the beach. I was thinking I'd cut my cals down to around 2000 and also:

5:30am 15mins of HIIT sprint training
5:00pm 30mins of cardio jogging
9:00pm 5x20 Sit-ups and 3x20 Leg raises

Unfortunatly this week I will be unable to make it to the gym because my shoulder is sore for reasons unknown. So push-ups or weight training in general is off. Can anyone gimme any tips on how to burn fat faster? I assume it helps to keep my body heat up? I will be doing this every day for the next 8 days. Thx in advance.

IMO one week is not a substantial period of time. losing fat in this week will be minimal

if you want to lose weight, simply lower carbs and you will drop the weight, not necessairly BF% but you will be lighter

then look to put together a sustainable BF% reduction scheme in place on your return

keeping warm lowers your metabolism, stay cool and youl burnt the fat like coal (a bit exagerated)

For the next 8 days eat nothing but protein and fat.
Do cardio twice a day for an hour each time....mornings on empty, low intensity.
Carry on lifting hard for the next 8 days.
This will give you a minimal fat loss, but a massive water loss.....hopefully also from the subcutaneous area as well (under the skin) making you look lots leaner.
If you avoid salt you should look a lot sharper, but when you eat normal again, the water will rush straight back on.
