For the next 8 days eat nothing but protein and fat.
Do cardio twice a day for an hour each time....mornings on empty, low intensity.
Carry on lifting hard for the next 8 days.
This will give you a minimal fat loss, but a massive water loss.....hopefully also from the subcutaneous area as well (under the skin) making you look lots leaner.
If you avoid salt you should look a lot sharper, but when you eat normal again, the water will rush straight back on.
