Modifying my diet for a bulk.

this is basically my current cutting diet, want to move onto a lean bulk. need some guidance on how to change it to suite my goal.

meal 1: 4 whole eggs, 1 and half scoop of whey, handful almonds , 2 O369 capsules (P=55, F=30)
meal 2: tin of tuna (120g) , tin of mackerek fillets (125g), cucumber/lettuce (P=45, F=15)
meal 3: Tin of tuna, half scoop of whey, 4 slices Whole grain bread, sweetcorn. (P=45, C=70)
****train****
meal 4: PWO shake (2 tbsp dextrose, 2 tbsp maltodextrin, 2.5 scoops of whey) (P=65, C=90)
meal 5: 80 grms Brown Pasta, 2 chicken breasts with some veggies (P=50, C=60)
meal 6: 3 whole eggs, 1 scoop whey, 15ml flaxseed oil, 2 O369 capsules, maybe some nuts (P=40, F=35)

i havent included in the macronutrients the extra carbs/protein i gain from things like nuts and veggies. not sure if they count.

suggestions???

cheers

Clean bulk mate, not lean bulk.

Up the cals by 250 each week until you find a figure where you are gaining nicely.

Maybe a small meal before bedtime too, i.e. add a 7th meal.

Food wise, it looks ok, maybe cut down on the whey a little bit or use whey for shakes and home made weight gainers.

when you say up the cals, is that in the carbs? fats? protien?

im 172lbs 12% fat, how many calories would be a good start? and i should be more truthful, that was my "current" diet 2-3weeks ago , been traveliing and overtime working so my deit went to pot.

I dont know where you should start out, perhaps start with maintainance and add 250 each week until you start gaining.

Up the cals from all 3 macronutrients.

Get quality, clean, high calories in.

whilst upping the calroies you first add them to the carb intake of like the post workout, then as time goes by, u add to the pre-workout etc. just an example but i remeber seeing that somwhere. whats the typical intake of someone my wegiht? os doesnt that exist?

Find a calorie intake where you are gaining nicely.

Calories need to be upped to find a nice place where you are gaining nicely.

Carbs can be added to PWO as i feel PWO is very important and is where you can pack in a good amount of quality macronutrients.

I do like to split them where possible.

If you do mix them, keep them clean.
