Modifying my diet for a bulk.
this is basically my current cutting diet, want to move onto a lean bulk. need some guidance on how to change it to suite my goal.
meal 1: 4 whole eggs, 1 and half scoop of whey, handful almonds , 2 O369 capsules (P=55, F=30)
meal 2: tin of tuna (120g) , tin of mackerek fillets (125g), cucumber/lettuce (P=45, F=15)
meal 3: Tin of tuna, half scoop of whey, 4 slices Whole grain bread, sweetcorn. (P=45, C=70)
meal 4: PWO shake (2 tbsp dextrose, 2 tbsp maltodextrin, 2.5 scoops of whey) (P=65, C=90)
meal 5: 80 grms Brown Pasta, 2 chicken breasts with some veggies (P=50, C=60)
meal 6: 3 whole eggs, 1 scoop whey, 15ml flaxseed oil, 2 O369 capsules, maybe some nuts (P=40, F=35)
i havent included in the macronutrients the extra carbs/protein i gain from things like nuts and veggies. not sure if they count.
