Monkeys ECA stack journal!

Well Im gonna start my ECA stack today so I thought id share my progress with you all!

My training regime is this:
3 day weights split
35 mins Tae Bo workout before breakie daily.
20 mins on bike split between 10 mins warmup and 10 mins post weights daily.

I currently weigh in at 113.8kg (18.0 stones) and I intend to cycle the stack at 2 weeks on 1 week off.

Here is the initial dosage:

1 Do-Do Chesteze - 18mg Ephedrine + 20mg converted caffiene
2 Pro-Plus - 2 x 50mg
1/2 asprin

The reasoning behing my caffiene shortage is because the last time i tried this a had too much of a buz so some experimentation is required! I shall up the dose as I progress and get more tollerance/confidence in the stack.

I have taken the first ECA stack at 11:30 am and as im writing this at 12:00pm I am allready feeling that tingling sensation (no comments you lot ). Now going to do my shoulder/traps workout and will write some more tonight.

    Well Ive just completed my workout and feel a little light headed but nothing too bad. Dropping the caffeine to the amount detailed has done the trick as far as feeling sh1t goes so ill stick with that. Just had a word with a bro from the gym and Im gonna get some bona fide Ephedrine tabs instead of chesteeze (and cheaper!)

    I def have more energy and more alertness which is a bonus as im usually dosile by now

    Its the second day and today I took the above stack at 7am pre cardio, felt good and a good workout was achieved. Had second stack at 11:30am no apparent side effects and also had a good weights workout at 13:00pm.

    I weighed in at 2lbs lighter today so something is happening and I had a good night sleep so the lowered caffeine dose is spot on.

    Im generally feeling pretty good, slight light headed feeling when going from sitting to standing but soon wears off. All in all a good day!

    Day 3 and Its the weekend so because I train mon-fri I am allowed to take sat and sun off to rest!

    Just weighed myself and weigh in at 17 stone 11 pounds so thats 3lb loss in 2 days and 1 night, not bad!

    I had a very dodgy night though, broken sleep throughout but took the stack at 0700 as usual and feel much better

    The last few days weight loss on this stuff has reinforced what I already thought about the ECA stack and that is to not get complacent and have a very healthy respect for the stuff as with any substance, it is not to be abused so there will be no temptation to stray from my cycle plans.

    I expect the loss to slow somewhat over the next week but hopefully not :)

    I shall take another stack at 1130, unless anything else happens I shall make another journal entry monday morning.

    very strict mate.

    Daily intake-
    cals = 1389

    Fat = 12.7g

    Carbs = 110.8g

    Protein = 175g

    This is a very extreme diet and before I get flamed Id just like to add that I am finaly loosing fat and gaining muscle as my tape measurements are increasing and waist decreasing. Also the timing of the food gives me plenty of energy for my weight training (after much experimentation!) Perhaps I am one of these genetic freaks!

    Day 5.

    Ive taken my stack at 7am as usual weighed myself and then had brekky.

    I cant believe it, I have just weighed in at 17 stone 8 pounds. Thats a total loss of 6lbs in 4 days and one night. unreal.

    I feel good still and am experiencing no side effects. I monitor blood pressure and pulse rate 3 times daily and that reads as excellent.

    I shall take another stack at 11:30am as usual but there is no weights today as the gym is closed because of bank holiday :(

    MM out.

    Nice thread, I'm currently doing an EC stack of ephedrine and pro-plus and while my weight has been steadily dropping I not experiencing anything like the same weight-loss speed as you are. Are you sure 1400cals\day is enough, that does seem desperately low and with all due respect I find if very hard to believe you'd still be putting on muscle on a diet like that.

    Day 7.

    Well I had an excellent workout today. whent from 90kg (5x5) and hit the 100kg target for the deadlift for 5 reps x 5 sets so well pleased.

    The stack is still working although I think (and ironicaly hope) that the weight loss has slowed a bit. I was worried about such a dramatic loss but all shall be revealed in time.

    I think that I will up the stack to three stacks per day as my eph tollerance is markably higher now, probably tommorow.

    Burton bro, I think that I am a genetic freak cus I am a big old boy that seems to be able to live and grow on (and I agree with you) such a small amount of calls per day although I had to have an extra tuna sanger this morning cus I anticipated that I would go all out in my workout this afternoon!

    Bye the way, I prefere stuffing my face and think that living when in cutting mode severly sucks and big up to anyone who can manage it. Im glad that I have set myself the 2 week on one week off cylcle as I think my phone bill to marriage /samaritans councilling would be too much to bear I will def need the break.

    Good luck with your stacks and keep us informed!

    I've cut as much fat out of my diet as possible. When bulking I was eating 3500kcals\day then I had a maintenance month where I ate between 2800 and 3000kcals\day then I started cutting by reducing my daily intake by 200kcals for the first week then a further 200kcals for the second week and then another 200kcals for the 3rd week. I'm therefore eating around 2000-2300kcals\day. I've actually started eating more protein 250-300g day but I've reduced my fat (15-40g\day depending on what I eat) and carbs (180-200g\day).

    My problem is cardio, I've done it sparadically, I haven't been able to get into a routine with it but in a way I haven't minded. My aim was to loose weight as slowly as I possibly could, in doing so I've managed to maintain slight strength gains tho obviously not as good as when I was bulking. As summer approaches I'm determined to get the cardio going regularly, need to go to bed earlier and go for a run in the morning.

    I'd guess my bf to be around 13% at the moment so it shouldn't take too much to drop below 10 which is my goal.

    Day 8.

    Today has been dissapointing as I have weighed in at 17 stone 12 pounds! Which I can only assume that the original extreme losses were down to body shock and fluid loss.

    Bummer[B)]

    Nevermind, these losses were not sustainable and I was worried about the amounts and how unhealthy they could be so its probably for the best. I have decided to weigh myself once per week due to morale hi's and low's.

    I am going to up the caffeine intake today by adding another pro-plus tab to each stack which brings caffeine amount per stack to 150mg from pro plus tabs. The stack is now going to be taken 3 times a day. 0700, 1100, 1500. I hope that I can sleep tonight!

    I have also included an extra tuna sandwhich mid morning as a boost as I have thought about burtons advice and concluded that he is right (see I do listen and learn).

    It will be interesting to see how the extra stacK/caffeine/calls increase works together. We shall see.

    Because of the change in program, I shall post again this evening to let you guys know of the effects.

    Yours Patiently,

    MM

    Good stuff mate, I wouldn't worry about not making so much progress, the initial 'shock' has worn off but I promise you you'll loose weight. You could feasibly loose between 1-3lbs a week depending on how extreme you take your diet. I definitely think you're being sensible with the extra protein mid-morning.

    Only weighing yourself once a week is much more sensible, it's possible to go a bit psycho when it comes to weighing yourself and get paranoid when the scales aren't reading what you want them to, weighing yourself once, twice a day is pointless cos the odd pound is going to come and go depending on how hydrated you are and how close to meal times your weighed yourself. Once a week will definitely ensure more accurate results and I'm sure the number will continue to drop.

    Keep up the good work mate. By the way, how's the cardio going? Are you getting 'super-dry-mouth' syndrome when jogging from the ephedrine yet?

    Cheers bro.

    Yeah, that dry mouth syndrome is a pain. I get when im on the bike, usually at the 20 min time, strange that!

    Im drinking water like never before to keep as hydrated as possible.

    Ill tell you now about the upped dosage, boy this feels like day 1 again. Its def working, thank god. I really need to loose this belly as I can feel the abs and obliques underneath and there a very nice size indeed, just need to loose the camo on top of them .

    I would like to know more about your losses etc if possible and what your stats are as you have removed them from your sig :(

    Keep up the good work bro.

    Tbh MM, I haven't weighed myself for ages, I know I'm leaner than I used to be but I'm not really being dedicated enough. I'll let you know how much I'ev lost in the next few days.

    This was my last update, immediately before I started cutting, tho tbh, I'm not really cutting, more like, loosing weight gradually. Fcukit, I'm being lazy, time to do something about it.
