I know this should be in the 'body building recipe' forum but i need a few questions answered. um....What sort of things can i put in a protien shake things that will bump up the protien, calories etc. I had a look at the bigfellas protien bar and i will defentily give that a go. also When should i take it, i will defentily take it before bedtime and i heard that you should put olive oil in, is that right? if so why?
