For other recommendations, I'd make meals 4 and 5 the same to get in some more calories, and add in one of those packets of microwave rice split into three for meals 2, 4 and 5. That way you'll get some carbs in. If you've not got a microwave, you can buy readymade up packs of Quinoa from Tesco in their chilled cabinets or packet ones you can make up with hot water :-)
Do you actually like Green Tea? If not, don't drink it! It's not a miracle cure... ;-)
Hot water will denature protein, but I shouldn't worry, or, you can mix it in after you've added the hot water and left it to cool slightly... Definitely pop in some fruit
