Morning all - How is this?

First post, yay.

For starters my stats are;
Age; 20Y/o
Height; 5'11
Weight; 80kgs
BF; 22% (According to some 'special' scales)

This is the meal plan;
7am
2Scoops Whey, 1/2 teaspoon creatine
100g oats 4 cod liver oil caps

10:30am
3 slices of whole meal bread
1 chicken breast
low fat mayo

1:00pm
100g whole grain pasta/brown rice
1 chicken breast
mixed veg

3:00pm
1 pita
1 chicken breast
hand full of ready made salad


5:50pm
Train

7:00pm 3 Scoops Whey, half teapoon creatine

7:40pm
1 8oz steak
5 baby potatoes
mixed veg

9:30pm
3 oat cakes + 200g cottage cheese
1 scoop whey

    Sorry - Main goal is to keep a constant growth of muscle and strength - I've read about bulking and i'm not at all interested in adding more fat!

    You can clean bulk without adding much fat. id say the diet needs more food for bulking up, looks more like a cutting diet
