Morning heavy session with afternoon 'pump session' or HIIT and then weights at night.

whats your favourite for optimal body composition/ fat loss and muscle preserveance. and whats pros-cons to both? 

I've got a few weeks off work and i've never did twice a day training although reading up it sounds interesting. 

Thoughts ??
