Morning or After weights?

hey,

to lose fat - one must perform cardio sessions in his training. But when?

Should I do cardio as soon as I wake up before breakfast?

or

After weights? or Both?

Must improve for the beach!!

    i would do cardio on days you are not doing your waights. on a empty stomach in the morning when you wake up

    I do weights 5 times a week. any suggestions?

    maybe depending how many days a week you would want to do cardio.wake up have a meal or a snack thats really up to you,as long as your burning off more callories than you consume,it doesnt matter. hit the waights then 30 mins cardio

    cardio morning training afternoon

    CURRENT STAT
    get shreded. 16st 7lbs-15st 7lbs 6ft, to 14st 9lbs (Feb 2011)

    I know competative BB's that do both successfully. Some morning and others after training! Find what suits you! I soend up to 12 hours a day at the our gym so there is no way I would get up to do cardio at home, it just wouldn't make sense.
