Most Powerful Looking Muscles.

Are the traps, and i don't have any,

Been doing 5x5 training for 3 months, growing every where apart from my traps.

Been training 3 years and they have never grown, d-bell shrugs, upright rows etc etc!

Any idea's for shocking them into growth.

Traps are one of my best bodyparts to me and i owe it all to hang cleans. I did them for a long time and always upped the poundage and i couldnt be happier with the results they gave me. I need to start doing them again.

Also cool...I love olympic lifts, gives you the same feeling as hitting someone, the explosion then the feeling of absolute control...
