Motivate.

If it had been someone who had no personal experience of having to come back from hard times then it would be cringe, but Rogan has had his problems.

What a doughnut

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body... but rather to skid in sideways, totally
worn out, shouting
Holy ****... What a ride!!"

cringe.

but then, none of these gym/training things motivate me. I might look at someones condition and think " if i work hard I can do that " and therefore start training, but once I am training I dont need any motivation from outside sources

Doesn't make me cringe at all

I do a lot of push ups and sit ups. And I drink plenty of milk.

I thought it was **** written on his T-shirt for a second... anyway...

Makes me cringe slightly, but most of the Americanised self-help "motivational" type videos do. If they were to deliver a strong message that inspired people to work on their mindset, philosophies, habits etc to help make genuine changes, fair enough... but these types of videos are to real motivation as Red Bull is to a healthy diet.

I think he was on DMT when he made this.
I'd liked it!

Cringe, but then I'm not one for motivational type stuff anyway. I think you're either motivated or you're not.

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning how to dance in the rain.

What about this one? I have to say that it did make me think about things in a different light.
