Mouse in protein powder

Just seen this online . I wonder if its true, or if he's just put it in himself? You'd think it would be standard practice to sieve powder to help prevent foreign objects .

Was just reading it - find it hard to believe tbh. Surely powder gets sieved then back vacuum packed and sealed...

I'm saying it's bollocks. It's been open ages so it could've fallen in in his house. And he also found one in what looks like the worlds dirtiest pub. Two times eh... coincidence my ass. There are, of course, lads and lasses who make a habit of these sports of claims for free food and compensation.

agree, you'd think if it had been there since production, it would be pretty badly decomposed .

Can't see how it would have got in during production, maybe a disgruntled employee but that's about it.

Far more likely to have gotten in after it was opened.

Haven't read the article but quite possible. We had similar thing here where a woman found a mummified lizard in her baby formula, which is usually made in the same factory as whey powder.

The expert claims 7-14 days at max since death of the mouse, and since he had found it over 3 weeks past production, it looks far more likely to have got into his pouch at his own place.

It looks almost impossible that it could have during production, and the guy said himself there were no little holes in the bag.

One can only presume he had left it slightly unsealed for the mouse to get in, or has just set the whole thing up completely himself.

My guess would be the former.
