How are the niggles having a month off lifting ?

Hamstring is the only real issue at the moment, still fooked. Most other stuff seems to be ok. Elbows best they've felt in a while (famous last words lol)

Nice easy reps, trying to just reacquaint myself with the proper form. Wrist a bit sore at first but eased off by the end

4 sets:

Squats @ BW (85kg) x 8
45s Rest
Pull Ups x 8
45s Rest
Side Plank x 30 seconds (each side)
45s Rest

Couldn't do the pull ups unbroken because I'm fat and weak lol, just banged them out with as little rest as possible

Whay! Back in the swing on things now!
 
Don't worry I'm sh1te at pullups too. Only think that seemed to get them moving was using the assisted machine after BW reps.
