Decided that as I’m at the club twice a week for tennis I may as well do some lifting while I’m there 🤔
Not going to be optimal after a couple of hours running round a tennis court but works from a time management point of view and gives me some extra variety of exercises I don’t get in the man cave.
Until I gauge recovery (especially elbow/shoulder), it’ll be higher rep, hypertrophy style stuff. Slow negatives, pauses etc.
What’s the current thinking on sets/reps etc?
I’ll aim to do a heavier session at home on the weekends.
