After missing the Park Run yesterday I really wanted to get out today. Especially seeing the London Marathon on TV! We were out yesterday and I did have a slight hangover, but a long walk and plenty of water cured that. I basically had 30 minutes free so decided to do a speed session again. Just because it fit with where I was. 6 x 1 minute fast, 2 minutes recovery. Hard work but job done.
