Planned to run yesterday but had an issue in the house as I literally called in for some clothes which took an hour and left it too late.
The good thing is, I managed to get out and run 3.5 miles tonight.
Also, despite feeling quite fat I’m down 1lb this morning on previous weight. Only 1lb over the weight before all these trips came.
This week - hoping to Run again potentially tomorrow and over the weekend.
Thursday I will do an AM gym session and I’d love to add to that with a swim or Wattbike blast.
Friday I hope to use the works gym for weights as I’m at a works thing at night.
Expect to be hungover Saturday and hope to do a decent run on Sunday.
