Busy week ahead with work, kids stuff and still plenty to do in the house, but I managed a decent 3 mile run tonight and enjoyed it.

This is it now......... I HAVE to think about London marathon in April. The ballet results are out this week so lots of people will be finding out they are running it and starting thinking about training and so will I.

I’m sort of looking forward to longer runs.

Out at a conference with work today and at a school event tonight but the traffic was kind so I nipped into the gym for a Pull session before the school thing.

I did the Pull first for a couple of reasons. I needed to be quick and the Push session is longer and also I did a Push the other week when I only got one session in.

I was going to train tomorrow morning but I’m shattered after a strangely bad nights sleep last night so a bit longer in bed tomorrow is the better choice.

........ unless I get up and go swimming......

Either way, nice to run last night and get weights in today.

Happy I've managed a gym and run so far this week.  I really need to another of each done.
 
I have an evening of furniture building tonight but it does make sense for me to nip out for a quick run before hand.  I just can't be bothered at the minute!  I then have a 9am appointment tomorrow so I should be able to do the gym without getting up any earlier than a normal work day.
 
Then it'll be a 3 day rest for my first weekend with the kids at my house.  Which is great.  But no parents around to watch them so no exercise.  I have an incredibly busy 2 weeks at work then with some of my overseas team over that need entertaining, but I'm hoping to fit exercise inbetween.

Didn’t have time to run yesterday which is a shame as I doubt I’ll get chance this week now. But it is what it is.

I did get in to the gym this morning for a Push session.

Just a quick update to say, I had a great weekend getting the kids settled into the house.
 
But with very little exercise......... still, since my travel started..... then I got ill......... then I got this house....... I feel crap.
 
Eating isn't great, I feel fat, I am drinking just that bit too much.  Needs sorting and I've got a couple of challenging weeks ahead of me work wise.  I need to make it count and focus now.

Planned to run yesterday but had an issue in the house as I literally called in for some clothes which took an hour and left it too late.

The good thing is, I managed to get out and run 3.5 miles tonight.

Also, despite feeling quite fat I’m down 1lb this morning on previous weight. Only 1lb over the weight before all these trips came.

This week - hoping to Run again potentially tomorrow and over the weekend.

Thursday I will do an AM gym session and I’d love to add to that with a swim or Wattbike blast.

Friday I hope to use the works gym for weights as I’m at a works thing at night.

Expect to be hungover Saturday and hope to do a decent run on Sunday.

An unexpected chance to get to the gym. I did a decent Push session.

I went in full of hopes to also go on a Wattbike and swim. But the bikes were busy then the pool had a class on!!! So I went in the steam room instead.

Managed a 3 mile run after work. Dark and quite cold by the time I got out. It’ll be base layers next! Happy to get 2 runs in so far this week and hoping for a 3rd, longer one at the weekend.
