Cheers bro, im using patches at the mo so only had a coupel of real cravings mainly after a good steak etc, but so far so good, been to the pub for some water/j2o's and it didnt really bother me
stats are
wrist 6 1/2"
forearm 11 1/2"
bi's 14"
calves 14 1/4"
quads 21 1/4"
neck 15
im 5'9 and weigh in now at 11st 11lb up from 11s 5 a coupel of months ago, although bodyfat % has increased to 16 from 14-14.5.
goals for the moment are 12.5 stone at around 12% bf and then see where i go from there.

I keep thinking about getting some pic done but dont wanna unveil myself just yet incase anyone recognises me and it ruins my bid to take over the werld[}:)]

Not very happy i missed my leg workout on saturday, was a bit of a farce, was asked by a mate to train with him as he doesnt train legs, did some money grabbing overtime on sat til about 2pm, then went to meet him, about 40 mins away, when we got to his gym it was bloody shut- part time or what they close 2pm on sat and sun !!!!
I need to have a serious word with myself and clean my diet up as well, the %bodyfat has slowly crept up over this past 2 months, i dont feel i need to 'cut' as such, just clean up what goes in as in turn my bf sould reduce and still make good gains.
Still got some doms in back and tri's from thursday, which isnt uncommon for me, for some reason my doms are still there 4/5 days after, comapred to my mate who's last a day if he gets any at all.
Had a good lie in this morning and a general lazy day, did a little bit of work with the CoC this afternoon, still only managed to shut it properly the once on the first day, my left hand is getting slowly better, with some proper scheduled work with it, in about a month i'd hope to close for 3 reps with each hand-maybe this is wishfull thinking but im enjoying something different.
