Mrps

Currently using met-rx mrps. am liking them
but not got too many left, and me being a cheap bas^ard
im thinking of going homemade.
would i be right on thinking that 40g of whey and 40g of malto would suffice??

cheers

It depends on your goals how much whey/malto you use

Also, MRPs aren't just whey and malto...they contain a blend of protein and a good spectrum of vits + minerals

why malto? Why not just blend oatmeal with a whey/casien mix protien. Maybe add some milk in there. Much better carb choices than malto.

I took advantage of that offer, something like 61 sachets for 61.99 inside of 99.00.......

Went for the berry flavour and although the taste is so so, they do give you that full feeling and like someone above said they have a lot of minerals and vitamins in.

They are easy to make and can be taken to work, I think you should cough uo the 61 quid just for simplicity they are worth it, especially for working people..........

Homemade MRPS just create more washing up !!!!!!!!
