I read a thread on here a while ago and the bloke had a mate who was a pharmacist and he said not to worry about buying flash multi vits, he said the multi vits you buy from tesco or asda will suffice. You can get them from asda for about £2 for 120

supermarket multi-vits are just as good as any other now a days. Personally think its pointless buying high priced bodybuilding brand multi-vits, Animal Paks especially. If your diet to good a clean with good choices of meat and fresh veg then a simple cheap multi-vit tab from the supermarket is all you need.
