Multivitamins , Aminos and Hot Water

I have some multivit powder which i started using along with NAC.

I've been using warm water to mix it because it dissolves so much easier than in cold, im wondering if this would have any impact on the effectiveness ?

Cant see it would make any difference mate. If you can drink it warm it sounds a good idea if your saying it mixes better.

I've seen Ben Pakulski recently recommend using warm water when taking creatine as it helps in some way...

Either way, hot or cold, just take it as normal. I prefer the water at room temp but only because if the waters too cold it hurts my teeth... I'm a delicate flower after all.
