RE: Muscle Pain?
When I started a month and a half ago I couldn't fully extend my biceps for 3 days after my first back/biceps routine. I tried to take it easy in the first workout but apparently I didn't go easy enough. It gradually went away over the three days, but went extra easy two days later when I did chest/triceps.
One week later when I got to my back/biceps day again I was ready to go.
