yeah it is quite expensive, but xian - can you see results? I am willing to pay if i get results... any other alternatives to mass tech? I was on N Large but have heard a lot about mass tech. I was looking at the supplemental facts and it has 150g + of carbs per serving - thats almost half of my required intake!

forgot to mention - im starting to believe that cell tech creatine is really helping me with my lifting, i started about two months ago where i could bench 50 kg and now im on 85kg - is that normal or is the creatine doing all the work???

Your results will come down to a combination of training and diet (whole days diet not just PWO)..IMO there are much better PW options, a good whey protein with some fast carbs (WMS or gatorade) plus some creatine willl serve you as well if not better PWO...
For fast-ish gains you need to make sure training is intense committed, diet 24hrs a day in check and you're getting adequate rest

thanks alex, i think my problem is that my supplements out weigh my natural diet, im obviously relying on them too much.. would you recommend cell tech as a creatine supplement?

I was exactly the same a few years ago, looked for all supplements under the sun for a boost when all needed was better diet..
CellTech's a decent enough supplement but I've had far better experience with bulk CEE or monohydrate..If you're looking for an all in one to boost you in the gym rather than getting bulk powders and mixing them yourself the gaspari stuff is great as well as alri WTF pumped and no-xplode..
All comes down to trial and error really but having diet in check all day round and before and after workouts is the most crucial
