Muscle bulking and trainning MMA help
Sorry if this is in the wrong thread.
I did boxing for 5 years and stopped just before xmas, and I wasn't big but very cut and weighed 70k and about 5''11.
Now I weigh 80k and still same height.
But my enquire is that at the moment I am bulking doing heavy weights 4 times a week, aiming for 8-10 reps, because I want to gain muscle and get much muscluar then I am.
But I really want to start training in MMA 2days a week, plus do running and sprinting in the early mornings for the conditioning and the rest of the training.
But because you got to eat loads and not ment to do any cardio when bulking, so how would I go about doing this?
Is it possible to still gain muscle while doing this kind of training as in MMA, Running, Sprinting?
Is it just the case of uppering the carbs?, if so what will be the ideal food? for post training and after... any suggestions?
