Muscle cramps and PEDs

I have been having horrible muscle cramps. The cramps are usually in my abs, feet, and hands with abs being the worst. When my abs lock up I am incapacitated for at least a minute and have to call my workout quits for the day. The pain in the abs is pretty severe enough to have made me tear up a time or two. The only way to get rid of the cramp is to do deep breathing and try to straighten up slowly. The feet and hands are less frequent and severe. I truly only have these types of cramps when on a cycle. I drink 3-4 liters of water a day and take either an animal pack vitamin pack or Beverly vitamin pack. I never add salt to my food I figure there is enough sodium in most foods. I called my primary to get labs drawn to try and narrow it down to which electrolyte is out of balance. I am assuming it is an electrolyte. Anyone else have cramping issues while on? What do you do to rectify the situation?

Test E 400mg/wk
Tren E 250mg/wk

I have never experienced this with gear.
I am far from an expert but I think you are on the right path with it being some Electrolyte deficiency or imbalance.
Hope you don't have  to wait too long for the tests.
Sorry I don't have a solution for you.
I would be interested in hearing the conclusion to your problem.

I've found in the past, that by adding in a good electrolyte product, it has helped reduce issues for me.

Taurine, electrolytes and potassium could be useful to have a look at mate.

I suffer from cramps on tren and clen. I guess due to excess sweating?
I found it to be totally down to electrolytes. A cup of dioralyte twice a week and no more issues.

It came to me later in eve.
It is likely to be Potassium deficiency or sodium/potassium imbalance.
Worth getting the test done though.
Bananas, dark greens, avocado pears, amongst other foods should help.
As well as some electrolyte drinks/powders.

I figured electrolytes but have been chasing my tail trying to find a balance. Hopefully bloods will narrow it down.
