on the avatar, go to 'my profile' up the top of the screen, then scroll down to 'avatar' and it will give u options to choose one or upload your own spesific one.

yea the cramps are down to water retention, i got the same on deca & dbol, eat bannanas as khany says for the potassium and drink a shed load of water, should help

Maybe you can handle yourself one of them First Class tickets to the resurrection,So long, Mel, Have a good trip

i had terrible leg cramps during all my diets. always the left ham and quad! but was advised to suppliment with potassium as bananas werent in diet any more. and i havent had one cramp in the past 2 weeks whereas i had them 3-4 times per week, especially while on clem.

got them in holland and barrett i think they were £5.99. worth their weight in gold.

potassium is what i take now and i get no cramps at all. whereas i had cramps 3-4 times per week in quad and ham, clem will also cause cramps.

holland and barett £5.99 for 60 tabs.
