Muscle %?

We always talk about what % bodyfat we are and using this in connection with our total body weight, but is there any way to mesure the amount of actual muscle % we are carrying?

2nd: Whats the most accurate way of mesuring body fat? Without going to a specialist or something.

I think they are trying to out-alpha you.

skinfold calipers are the best way to to do yourself tbh although get a few attemps to get used to.

You can work out lean body mass (non fat) pretty easily although not sure if you can just calcualte muscle without going to see someone, may be a way though but not a simple one that ive heard of.
