Hi guys, just come back from holidays and i havent lost much size to say i havent trained for 3 week and ate rubbish and drank rubbish..  basically i noticed on holiday i do carry abit of body fat. I know ideally everyone wants to be big and ripped but i was wondering if I weight trained twice a week then did 30 mins of cardio twice a week would i loose the fat and keep what muscle i have? i know im not going to get bigger and loose fat at the same time but any suggestions???  thanks alot

DEPENDS 100% on your diet mate.   If you calorie intake is lower than what you burn, then yes you will lose the fat.

As above, would personally do 3 weight training sessions all over routines + 4 cardio sessions 30-45mins give your-self a fighting chance!!
