My 1st boxing class

I had my first Boxing class today and I feel exhausted. My arms feel heavy and a trembling sensation.
It was only a hour session.

Is this normal after a session bearing in mind that I haven't trained hard for a while now.

I hope I get used to this.

Yes it's normal and yes your body will adjust to it.

    Yeah... great ain't it! :-)

Wait to ya do the pack of cards training session! Best thing for me is it makes the warmups and cardio stuff we do in TKD seem litewite now and I breeze through it whilst everyone else puffs and pants!

What's the pack of cards session mate?

I'm having difficulty typing and writing after yesterday. My forearms feel heavy. I've never felt this kind of soreness after a training session.

You'll get three or so things to do. First may be press ups, then squats and then sit ups. Pack of cards gets shuffled. Picture card is 10. Ace is 15. Joker is 20!! Instructor holds up first card (say an 8) and you do that many press ups, then another card and you do that many squats, etc. Ya go all the way through the pack!

Pack of cards seems an excelent training tool. Just hope our fitness coach hasn't heard of it yet.
