You'll get three or so things to do. First may be press ups, then squats and then sit ups. Pack of cards gets shuffled. Picture card is 10. Ace is 15. Joker is 20!! Instructor holds up first card (say an 8) and you do that many press ups, then another card and you do that many squats, etc. Ya go all the way through the pack!
