My 1st spinning class

It was tiring to say the least. I think my seat was too high which didn't help as my gluteals felt uncomfortable throughout. It was only a 30 minute session though.

I think 3 spinning sessions a week should be good enough to make improved fitness gains.

I was feeling a bit sick throughout. I had a whey shake in the morning and felt as though I was going to throw it up.
