My 4 day split

Mon - Back and Traps
Tues - Chest and Triceps
Wed - Legs & Abs
Thur - Shoulders & Biceps

Friday Saturday & Sunday - Cardio & Swimming (am for greater fat loss)

Possibly thinking of including am Cardio on mon & wed as well

What you guys think??

    The muscle group split looks good.I wouldnt train 4 days on the spin though.Take wednesday off if you can.

    Yeah i might actually....Will i do cardio or just take it off altogether??

    I'd just take the day off completely. I have one day a week where I do no training whatsoever. Sundays are for fishing!

    i work sundays so.............will def start taking wednesday.

    How ever today will have to be my day off for the week as its a bank holiday.. and im at work till 5 and the gym closes at 6 today
