RE: My 5x5 home workout
Dead lift 2 x 132,½kg , 2 x 25kg- My blisters on my hand stopped me completing it. I tried going to 125kg for the remainder sets but gave up on the last.
Bent over row - 80kg completed ok [^]stayed at the same weight
Pull ups - 5kg[^]i did'nt get my chin right up on the last few reps for the 4th & 5th
Had a bad week this week and I don’t know why. I think maybe I need a rest for a week and change a few exercises around. My motivation and diet went out the window this weekend, I was eating all the right foods all week, I even went without any chocolate bars for the first time and replaced them with fruit. I had plenty of sleep all week but just couldn’t lift a thing. So when the weekend came I thought f*** the diet .
I have been thinking about adding skull crushers to my routine as my triceps dont feel like they are growing.When i used to train each bodypart with 3 exercises they felt rock hard & looked bigger,But my upper body dont seam to be responding to lower rep exercises.Not one upper body exercise i can say has improved since doing 5x5.
