I see my body as an instrument, rather than an ornament.

"good luck ,what weight will you be at? "

I typically enter between 215-235 lbs. For this one I'm trying to enter
242-275 class (must be at least 242.5 lb....I have been putting the food away and loading creatine...the reason I'm going for heavier class is because the state record is 580 on deadlift for Masters1 242-275 and I'm going to try and change the name :))) with a 585 attempt.
I then plan on cutting down to a weight that will allow me to enter 220
    division for a Nov meet.
