My Cutting Diet (Need help)

I don't think my diet is up to scratch can someone have a look for me please:

Stats:
5'11
13 stone
12.3%

Day:
6.30am - cardio (empty stomach)
7.30am - chicken salad sandwich brown bread
12.00am - tuna sandwich, banana, apple
6.00pm - chicken, broccoli, potato
7.30pm - GYM
8.30 - PWO whey
9.30 - similar meal to 6.00pm

I know this is probably bad/crap but its typical of what i eat in a day, my job means a lot of my food is sandwiches and shakes or MRPs are difficult to take while at work.

any advice appreciated.

Maybe try and cook food the night before and use tupperware tubs, I cant remember my last meal that wasnt in one! if you are cutting you should maybe only have carbs on meal 1 and after you train.

    portion sizes are:

    7.30 - 4 slices of chicken, 2 slice bread

12.00 - tin of tuna between 2 slice bread

    6.00pm - 1 chicken breast

i am keeping the meals small and often as poss. i got the training on track but meals I am uncertain.

I think i may need to make meals and put in tupperware definately, any suggestions of what kinds of things?

Real food would be better, but a protein shake would be better than nothing. You could make up a MRP the night before.

    6.30am - cardio (empty stomach)
7.30am - chicken salad sandwich brown bread

10.30 - chicken breast or equivalent - additional meal

12.00am - tuna sandwich, banana, apple

4.00 - chicken breast or equivalent - additional meal

    6.00pm - chicken, broccoli, potato
    7.30pm - GYM
    8.30 - PWO whey
    9.30 - similar meal to 6.00pm

so with the additions above, would this be a suitable diet?
