impressive physique. Is something i am looking to aim for. 45 mins first thing every morning mate, my pwo drink is 45g protein 20g dextrose. So maybe stick to the same diet on non training days, not removing any carbs and just adding in a bit more protein somewhere?

    Thank you very much mate.

Im cutting now and my diet is the same on a training day and non training except with mt pwo drink after training at 7pm then i eat at 8pm, on a non training day i drop the pwo drink and eat my 8pm meal at 7.30.

so basically keep it the same and just add in a pwo drink on a TD and shuffle it so you drop it out on a NTD.

Remember the key to cutting is to keep it clean and cardio regular.
