My Diet For Frankies 5x5 Comments Please!
Hi I've started the Frankies 5x5 routine, been on it for 4 weeks now and I gone from 14st to 14st 7 in those 4 weeks is this a reasonable gain? or am I gaining to quick ie more fat than muscle? This is my diet...
Mon - Fri
6.00 - 125 grams oats with a handful of blueberries
40 grams protein in a shake 2 cod liver oil tabs
6.30 - 20min speed walk to work.
10.00 - Chicken sandwich & tin of tuna, apple & banana.
12.30 - 125 grams with handful of blueberries
40 grams of protein in a shake
250 grams of natural yoghurt, apple & banana.
16.00 - 20min speed walk home.
17.00 - huge plate of spag bol or chill or chicken bacon pasta etc
1900-2100 - 45mins to 1hr training(mon,wed and friday)
Post workout - 125grams oats and handfull of blueberries
40grams of protein in a shake
This is totally consistant apart from sat-sun when I swap the 10.00 for a 4 egg omlette with mushrooms and cheese, and maybe a sunday roast.
Any help well appreciated
