My Diet Needs Help!!
Hi i am 17 yrs old and i want to seriously tonk up over the summer holidays!
My goal gain a mass amount of weight i am i skinny 100lbs 45kg boy lolol
I go to the local gym and use free weights around 3 times a week.
09:00 Myoplex Bar 30g Protein, 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed Oil +
11:00 4 Scrambled Eggs with Onions
13:00 1 Jacket Potato with a can of Tuna + Coleslaw
16:00 uhmm nothing
18:00 Mass Tech Weight Supplement 8oz
20:00 Chicken Breasts, Broccoli, Roast Potatoes, Carrots
22:00 uhmm nothing or magnum ice cream!!!
this is my current diet, i need the "uhmm nothing" gaps to be filled in with somthing useful. I need to be advised on food that will gain me mass weight.
