My Diet: Suggestions Please

I am currently trying lose some BF without crashing. I'm not prepping for a competition but would like to get reasonably low (Approx 5%)

I will eat pretty much anything, diet had and eat purely for function. But would like some suggestions on what I eat as it is and maybe a replacemnt set-up.

Meal 1 - 07:00am

x 2 30g Scoops of Whey Protein blend
x 3 Whole Eggs
30g Rough Porridge Oats
1/2 Banana
1/2 Red Grapefruit

Blended into smoothie

Meal 2 - 10:00am

x 2 130g Cans of Tuna
50g Brown Rice

Meal 3 - 13:00

x 2.5 Scoops of Whey Protein blend
x 4 Nairns Oatcakes

Meal 4 - 16:00

200g Chicken Breast
50g Brown Rice

Meal 5 - 19:00

x  7 Egg Whites
x 3 Whole Eggs

Just cracked in a glass and chucked down

Meal 6 - 21:00 - 22:00 Post-Workout

x 2.5 Scoops of Whey Protein blend
x 2 Bananas

Meal 7 - 23:00 – Before Bed

200g Chicken
15ml Safflower Oil

Or

300g Low Fat Cottage Cheese
15ml Safflower Oil

There it is... if I am feeling a bit tired I'll slip in a few more carbs and some times meals get swapped depending on convenience. But hoping some of the more qualified and experienced members could have a butchers for me.

Why in the name of *deity* are you taking safflower oil? That stuff is virtually all omega-6 and no omega-3.

Yet another BB'ing diet that's totally lacking in oily fish (tinned tuna is not an oily fish) or flaxseed. I'm off for lunch before I bust a blood-vessel.

It's a budget source of fat's around the house, it's hard enough convincing my missus to get what she does as it is when she goes shopping. Can't be that bad mate it's used in some EFA supplements.

Other than the inferior fat source at COB business, any other thoughts?

30ml of heavily-refined veg oil high in omega-6. Crap.
    Raw eggs. Crap.
No oily fish (tinned tuna isn't oily) or flaxseed. Crap.
    Read the Articles.

What macronutrient ratio would you run relevant to lean body mass, level of activity etc?..

    Or

Do you have a template meal plan you have tried and tested with results?

    Forget about ratios.
    1) Get adequate protein. 1-1.5g per lb bodyweight.
    2) Get adequate carbs. See How Many Carbohydrates Do You Need
    3) Get adequate EFAs. See http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/fb.ashx?m=2698563
    4) Where the rest of your calories come from doesn't matter. Try to avoid eating damaged fats (commercial veg oils, junk foods). Monitor your rate of weight change & adjust your intake accordingly.
    Job done.
