    hi mate
    welcome to the board

structure looks fine, just down to portion size IMO

other than pre workout, slow digesting carbs opposed to fast acting ones

I don't think dextrose straight before a workout is a good idea, more likely to be counterproductive since your blood sugar levels will quickly crash.

    Cheers guys. Any alternatives?

What slow digesting carbs would be better here toxic?

Would it be better to use a Pre Workout Shake i.e. Viper or NO Xplode before my workout?

i think a simple diet that i follow my self is to have complex carbs when needed ie pre work and post work and keep the rest of your meals portein and carbs based from meat and cottage cheese and fruit and veg and the last bit is cardio and **** loads of it

Ive lost the dextrose! My pre-workout meal is at 3.45am.

Basmati Rice and Whey as Toxic has said.

    Whats wrong with that?
