My Diet

Hi guys can you look at my diet and help me adjust it so i can put on more size, i am 27 and 5,7, and weight 13st i wanna put on some more size.

6am, 8 egg whites and Oats
8am, protien shake
10.15am, Can of tuna and Jacket potato
12.00pm, protien bar and apple
1.30pm Chicken and rice/ or Tuna and pasta and banana
3.30pm Can of tuna with jacket potato
5.00 Protien Shake
6.00 Train
7.30pm Chicken with rice
9.00pm 6 egg whites
11.00pm Protien shake and bed

i drink plenty of water throught the day

Any advice appricaited

    portion sizes would help RE calories and bulking

    LOL my kinda guy!

    5pm shake should be after training. As stated, no veg, no EFA's, no NSP's, no portion sizes.
