**** My Food Plan **** ?

Was Appenin People
meal plan.
8.30am - weetabix, glass of water + fish oil
10.30am - 2 pouched eggs on 2 toast ( brown bread ) + apple + water
1.00pm - optimum 100% whey shake (with water) sometimes with bannana or other
3.30pm - wholegrain pasta with tuna + water + natural yoghurt + 1 opti-men (multi vitamin)
6.30pm - Chicken, veg and boiled potatoes + water
 
7.30pm - Hit the GYM
8.30 - 9.00pm - finish gym. optimum nutrition 100% whey shake
BEEEEDDDDD
 
How does that plan sound any tips or pointers ?
14 stone... about 12% body fat

    My advice - go read the nutrition articles because that is woeful; my suggestion is start again having put some research in.
    You need protein, carbs and some fats from food you like
    1.5g protein per lb of lean mass is your starting point then depending on your goal will depend your carb and fat intake

    Is it that bad, I don't want to get any bigger just maintain to be honest then lean up nearer June could u give any meal plan suggestions everywere I seem to look the meal plans look like there made to bulk up or for a bodybuilder

    Do you know what a bodybuilder is? It is somebody who trains in the gym and eats specifically in order to improve their physique by adding muscle and/or losing body fat. I presume you want to do this seeing as you're posting on a bodybuilding website? Heed the advice given above.

    Ok thanks... And what I ment was some of the portions and amount of food looked huge like it was aimed at someone that is 20 stone or more or a massive geeza
