No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

lol nice, it reminds me of the 200lb ones in our gym, sitting in the corner covered in dust, so obvious they haven't been touched since Doz retired

oh man, just worked out what 100lbs is in kg's and its 45kg. not bad, as im flat/incline benching 40's at the moment on my last set for 6-8. i bet i can do those 100lb db's but using a spot just in case but only for probably 2-3 reps.

they still look pretty raw and also DAMNNNNNN 110lbs, 49kg for shoulder press, now thats RO!
i bet bbigman will curl those suckers lol

yeah im using the 42.5kg's for flat and incline bench atm for 3 sets of 6.

seeing the monsters lift those kinda weights is really inspiring. The moment im on the 40+ for shoulder press i will consider myself moderately strong.

mate, that is a nice bit of weight your pushing there. my gym have db's which are 40 and the last ones are 45 so i dont know how the heck im going to work out how to progress my increase of poundage. anyway, good stuff mate!
