My "Healthy Body-fat Loss" e-booklet is now at 3rd edition.

It's available for view or free download (right-click & select Save Target/Link As...) HERE.

It now has fewer errors & exclamation marks and shed-loads more hyperlinked studies in the index.

As I produced this pdf myself using PDF995 and it fluffed some of the hyperlinks, I've allowed copying (so you can copy & paste non-working hyperlinks into your browser's address bar). I've also allowed printing.

Cheers, Nige.

    Nice stuff Nige.

Just having a read through now mate.

Very interesting the bit about the whey causing an insulin spike, i personally did not know it was that high.

I dont suppose you have figures for casein blends do you Nige and foods like that? ? ?

    Very good so far Nige.

Havent read everything in detail, fast read most of it, but it seems very interesting, very informative, going to print off a copy and have a good read tomorrow at some point and will give more feedback then mate.

    Even TT gets a quote.

    Thanks Nige.

There's very little information available about insulin index. I found the one study looking at 38 foods and the study comparing protein with glucose in people with type 2 diabetes but that's about it.

Ah right cool, thanks for that Nige.

    Just curious.

Will have a good read tomorrow and give feedback, looks a very informative read though from just reading bits so far.

    Great stuff.

Interesting. Some of the scientific stuff was a bit much for me though

I'm not 100% sold on the high fat consumption but it's interesting that last year when i lost 2 stone i cut out bread pretty much altogether - before it was a massive part of my diet. now when i'm trying to lose more fat again i haven't cut down carbs and the weight isn't coming off so i'm gonna go back to a low carb diet.

Thanks for making that available to us!
