Sex on a plate? I should be so lucky lol.

I've given up on the chase its so much easier to just knock one out in secret and be done with it rather than planning a whole evenings approach and being disappointed every fvcking time.

It's the only thing in our relationship that really sh1ts me TBH. She has jealousy issues too but I think that is rooted in the fact that she thinks she is fat and we don't have sex. Well I certainly have a remedy for that love! FFS

LOL at the catch 22. Get that too. The one thing they are able to have some say over is the one thing they don't do and then say well stray because they don't... it's almost like they want us to cheat to prove them right in their assumption that we're 'just like every other man'

I could propose a solution.

We can have a Progress Journal Wife/Girlfriend swap. I'll send my wench to you guys to service your needs for a week and you send your women to me for a week of watching tv and with no talk of sex.

DV, there is a good reason I'd want a break from mine! Mad as a box of frogs. She would have a conspiracy theory created about you within an hour.

Woke up with a bad back (lower left). Defo muscular as it only hurts when I walk (great). Although there could be a number of reasons why it's aching; I am pretty confident that the deadlifts triggered it. I had no pain or ache in the lower back while doing them but I've defo had a muscle spasm and this is the fall out from it.

Back has got worse, overnight, despite me doing a fair bit of recovery work on it, yesterday. Will have to see how it feels, later and adapt the workout accordingly.

Work pissing me about, too; which isn't helping

Flat Dumbbell Press 35k x 10, 37.5k x 10
Bodyweight Dips x 5, x 3
Chins x 3, x4, x 3
Split Squats with 5k dumbbells 3 sets of 10 reps on each leg
Straight Arm Pulldowns 45k x 10, 50k x 10
EZ Bar Curls 10k each side x 10, 15k x 6

Stretching.

****ed the calf pressing off as there was a queue for the machine. Very surprised with strength on dumbbell pressing but it took it's toll with the dips as my shoulder girdle was pumped as ****. All in all a good session, especially since I ate a load of ****e all weekend. Food intake has been good, today.

Solid enough work, dude, I quite like those laying DB ham curls (when I don't seem to cramp up)

Cheers, pal. Yes, I like them much more than machine hammy curls. Knee held up well with the split squats.

No, I don't wear a belt, mate. I thought I'd be ok using the Trap Bar, as it's quite a high starting position. As with squats, it's time to say goodbye.

Back ache still in place. Didn't help this morning when I had to replace the supporting brace for a trachia breathing tube. Shaking like a leaf and with a gammy back! But I got it done without issue, that is a weight off my mind as it was my first go at doing it and then 10 minutes training I had last week wasn't up to much

Bad news with the back mate, if you have a history of back issues, with any big compound movement i'd recommend to belt up, just not worth the risk. How's it feeling now?

It's still not right, muscles feel stiff. No more deadlifts or squats. Just not worth the risk.
