Seated Dumbbell Press 22.5k x 10, 27.5k x 10, 30k x 6, 30k x 6

Chins bodyweight x 3 sets of 4

Barbell Split Squats (aborted)

Seated Cable Row 55k x 10, x 12

Dumbbell Shrugs 40k bells x 2 sets of 12

Standing Calf Press 55k x 12, 65k x 11

Stretching.

Had to ditch the lunges due to right knee killing me. A bit pissed off as the pain has subsided a lot, this week and I have done plenty of stretching. That aside, I am happy with the rest of the workout. Chins up two reps. Dumbbell Presses up with weight used and reps.

Lower back feeling any better ? When its sorted you could always have a look at cable squats I was a bit unsure of them after problems I had ,but for some reason these have not aggravated anything at all just a idea mate.

On sub Q's ever done the love handles? I am due a shot on Sunday but the right side of abdominals  is still a bit red and sore so really need to avoid that area for a while any advice appreciated.

Keep an eye on the sore patch, pal. If it gets warm or doesn't improve then it may be a trip to the quacks. No, never jabbed into love handles. I've done a hands length from my belly button, that's was far out as I've gone. Usually it's an index finger away from belly button. Obviously, this scientific theory is affected by the size of your belly and the length of your hands.

Mate, anything which involves the knee being bent is setting it off. Might have to go and see the physio soon.

A bent knee sets off your sciatica? Could make sense if your nerves are short, it would pull tight and press against and inflammation. Can you do any hamstring stretches and does that set it off?

Cheers mate do you aspirate on sub q shots ? I was told you don't have to as it could cause more problems. So I don't bother

The redness is going and its not sore so everything should be OK just going to put a bit distance between it and the next shot to be sure ......bloody left side never reacts LOL.

How long before you noticed any changes in mood etc I am feeling slightly better but nothing drastic only on my 2nd week though

Sorry for the questions I am new to all this LOL

Brett; the bent knee sets a sore tendon like pain off over the top of my knee cap. Not sciatica related. Just another thing to add to ache and pain list.

RAD, as DV said.

I did a jab on Saturday and it was pinging like ****, yesterday. Better, but not right, today.

I did my first sub Q for while at the weekend, look like I have a mosquito sting/bit on my belly now.... but I nearly always do. I suspect UGL and BA content etc just causes more irritation

It's not great but I can't say it's a rare occurrence and never is anything more that red stingy patch (usually right where my lifting belt goes tho)

Flat Dumbbell Press 35k x 10, 40k x 6, x 6
Chins x 5, x 5, x 4
Lying Dumbbell Hamstring Curls 10k x 9, 15k x 11, x 11
Bodyweight Dips x 8, x 11
Straight Arm Pulldowns 50k x 6, 40k x 11
EZ Bar Curls 10k each side x 15, 15k each side x 8
Calf Press 45k x 3 sets of 10.

New gym owner had a move around and has made the already **** cable systems even worse. He talks a good game and has promised investment. He's had a full size MMA cage installed but has yet to buy any new cables or upgrade the benches, as he promised to do when he bought the gym. Hard to gauge progression on movements requiring a machine, this week as, for example; the calf press machine defo wasn't running properly and that 45k felt like a tonne.

The 40's flew up and chins are feeling good. Technique went astray on the attempted 5th rep of the last set of chins and I ****ed the rep off as the tension had gone off of my lats.

Chins are always tough mate. I have a love/hate relationship with them. With my back it’s one of the few major compound exes I can do so I make sure I smash them hard. Nice work.

Seated Dumbbell Press 25k dumbbells x 5, 30k dumbbells x 10, x 8
Chins with bodyweight 6, 6, 4
Barbell shrugs (80k) supersetted with braced back raises (I'll explain layer) 2 supersets of 10 reps each exercise.
Tricep Pressdown (50k) supersetted with Standing Calf Press (60k) 10 reps of each exercise

Main two exercise on the up. Would have got 10 reps on the second set of dumbbell presses, but some young oik tripped over the rear support arm of the bench I was using.

With the Braced Back Raises; I bent slightly at the knees, pushed my backside against the wall and then leaned forward. I saw Lee Boyce preaching about them, on Instagram and gave them a go. Will defo be including them for a while.

Gym has been given a move around. In typical gym owner fashion, it's all the crap kit in different places. I hope that he upgrades a few bits of kit, as promised or he won't get the influx of new members he expects.

The jealousy monster has possessed the missus, again. I won't even bore the journal with the reason why, as it's absolutely pathetic.

TRT best thing I've ever done. No question about it. I did a jab, yesterday, using a new batch of test. It's sore as ****, this morning. Think it's all part and parcel of the game.

Had a talk about the jealousy and, surprisingly it has subsided. However, the bitch in the flat below was banging on my door, at 2045, last night, saying we were banging on the ceiling. I had been on the bog, having a **** and the Mrs had been in bed for half an hour, fast asleep. I just said 'okay' and shut the door. The bitch has been shouting through the ceiling, this morning. It's really getting to us both now. Guess it's another call to the council, tomorrow. I know that we're all different, but I can't fathom why she is being such a ****. How does someone get a kick from making another person's life awkward

Maybe it's time to make a little hole somewhere and start dropping rats down into her flat.

Glad to hear you are loving the test mate! Do you notice much difference in training/physique yet?

I feel more solid, physically. Upper body muscles feel fuller. Jabbed yesterday and it's ****in pinging even worse, today. First jab from new box of gear, hope the rest of them don't end up like this!

The nightmare neighbour situation is getting me down, now. I can't have it out with the bitch as that's the reaction she is after. ****in terrible last night, with her banging on the door. She's banged on the ceiling a few times, this evening but nothing too psychotic. I've mentioned before that my Mrs does make more noise than me, especially with her flat feet. But it's not any sound which is out of the ordinary. The bitch just doesn't want anyone living above her. That's the be all and end all of it.
