Flat Dumbbell Press 40k x 11, 45k x 5
Chins on normal bar x 6, x 4, x 4
Dips, bodyweight x 15, +10k x 9
Kettlebell squats 3 sets of 12 with 40k
Standing Calf Press with bodyweight, holding an Oly bar for stability 3 sets of 15
Stretching

Pressing brilliant: both dips and dumbbell presses flew up. Chins utter ****e, couldn't get any muscle connection or rhythm going.

Leg Press was busy. No knee issues with the Kettlebell Squats, I used a wide stance, for me, which put a lot more tension on hips as opposed to quads.

Going to get a camera installed at my front door (consent from neighbours and permission from council required) and hassle the council to get the gob****e recording equipment in. Then it's a matter of persistence and will.

If you have a spyhole on your door you can get cameras to fit that. She might stop targeting your door if she detects a camera and has half a brain.

Flat bench not too shabby mate!

Haven't got a spy hole. I want the camera up there as a deterrent. Even if it's capturing a balaclaved wanker smashing the camera down, that would support my case immensely.

Interview for a high street bank, pal. As I've mentioned, nursing ain't gonna happen and I can't work for these corrupt care firms. So may as well earn better money and get standard hours.

Moving not on the cards, really. The flat is close to my mums and I can't really afford all the conveyancing and other ****e that goes with buying and selling a property. Plus, Grotbags aside, the rest of the block are nice.

Had a good convo with a police officer, earlier; after I complained that my issue, raised 17 March, hadn't been responded to. Although not directly giving anything away it was clear that he is very familiar with the bitch and that he genuinely wants to help. I took it with a pinch of salt, but at least he put a couple of suggestions on the table and has agreed a follow up date. More pro active than the Anti Social Team.

Am having a meltdown, flat situation ****e and didn't get the job. The latter has ****ed my head up as it was a job I'd been accepted for, last year. This interview was awful, the interviewer was a total bitch and I knew I wasn't gonna get it from about a minute in.

Anyway, training

Seated Dumbell Preas 32.5k x 9, x 7
Chins x 7, x 6
Leg Press with 80k each side, 3 sets of 10
Dumbbell shrugs 45k x 10, x 7 then dropped to 22.5k to failure
Standing Calf Press 50k x 12, 60k x 10, x 8
Seated, one arm dumbbell extension 10k x 7, x 6, x 6

Stretching

Very happy with that, considering how the head is.

Sucks mate. Plenty more banks out there though bud.

She probably snubbed you for turning them down before.

Hopefully you find a nice clean slate somewhere.

Sh1t news on the job front mate as you will probably know they normally have someone already lined up for the job and go through the motions to make it look fair.Been to a few interviews where you know they already have someone, keep plugging away though.

How's the sub q? I have changed to a shorter needle 3/8 26 g and its made a hell of a difference plus whacking a plaster on afterwards

I use a 28g 3/8, pal. Depends on the oil used. My current batch is pretty thick, in my experience, and hangs around at the injection site longer than the last lot. I did an IM jab, last week. Went fine but, as this is gonna be a long term thing, the scar tissue build up will be horrendous.

In hindsight, I didn't want the job, anyway. I'd applied in reaction to a crap week at work. Head is back in the game and I'm having a week sorting out loose ends, then of to Skegness for a piss up, on Friday.

Flat Dumbbell Press 45k x 2 sets of 6
Chins x 6, x 5
Kettlebell Squats with 40k kettlebell x 4 sets of 15 (all reps paused at bottom)
Standing Calf Press with bodyweight 2 sets of 15

Stretching

Body aching. Not sure if it's the stress of last week or if I need a break. Nothing felt strong, despite some numbers being up on last week. Might have a deload session on Thursday, a nice few days off of work and see how things feel next week.

Probably will be the stress of everything it just burns you out.

Would warming the oil be better? I sit with my vial under my arm for about 30mins before injecting seems to have reduced the normal irritation a lot.Next shot I am going for the love handles that should be fun 😨

Skegness now there's a blast from the past I used to go to the Butlins down there with the kids, loved the market in the fair ground and the seal sanctuary where I did accidentally kill a butterfly in the tropical bit but we won't mention that...fcuker flew straight at my face and I back handed it LOL

I'll give the armpit thing a go on next jab, fella. Probably is the stress but I have been chasing numbers for around 6 weeks and it feels like it's time to back off a little, if just for one session. Then drop weights back a touch for couple of weeks and then push on, again.

Will change the exercises up, too, for varieties sake.

Skeg is brilliant for two days, at most. Then all the people walking round and round the shops/chip shops and fairground becoming annoying and I start to question why I went there.

What did u expect in a ****in butterfly house!!!!!!!!! What did you do with the evidence????

Under your arm for 30 mins? Just put it in some warm water for a few minutes much easier (and less sweaty).

If you draw the oil up and then just hold the syringe with the oil in in your hand for a minute, that small amount of oil will reach near your body temp in a no time... or just stop being a bunch of pussies and jab it anyway. Embrace the pain and wear the red welt with pride
