    personally i think its horrible. thats a bodybuilder routine mate.

    try this;

    mon- leg work

    squat
    front squat
    sldl

    weds- push

    powerclean and push press
    CGB or dips
    accessory work - ie abs, any bi work

    friday-back

    deadlifts
    bent rows
    shrug etc

    keep it simple mate your going down the wrong track
